The Program
Founded in 1993, DC Assault has always stood for more than just winning games—it has stood for building men. After a 13-year hiatus, we return with a renewed mission: to teach our players how to play the long game. We prepare young men to own their careers, their image, and their future by combining high-level basketball development with lessons in leadership, branding, and business. Our mission is to disrupt the status quo, ensuring every athlete we touch leaves with the tools to succeed in life, not just in sport.

The Union
The Union is the official alumni network of D.C. Assault. It’s more than a name, it’s a brotherhood built over decades of shared sweat, sacrifice, and success. From middle school gyms to NBA arenas, the Union represents every player, coach, and family that has worn the Assault jersey and carried its legacy forward.
Through the Union, we stay connected, give back, and create opportunities for the next generation. Whether it’s mentoring, networking, or supporting today’s student-athletes, the Union is how we honor the past while investing in the future.
